Owning a swimming pool can be a wonderful experience, but it also requires regular maintenance to keep the water clean, clear, and safe for swimmers. That's where professional pool services come in, providing a range of services to help pool owners keep their pools in top condition.

  • ● Testing the pool

    ● Chemically balance the water (basic chemicals)

    - Conditioner and Phosphate will be extra.

    ● Algae treatment {Yellowthrine} (as needed)

    - Blueray/PoolRx is extra (6 months treatment)

    ● Maintain pool cleaner (Pentair, Hayward and Zodiac brands only)

    ● Empty skimmer and pump basket (as needed)

    ● Skim leaves and debris (as needed)

    ● Brush tile, steps and walls (as needed)

    ● Manual vacuum (as needed)

    ● Equipment inspection to ensure proper circulation

  • Pool filter will be cleaned and serviced a minimum of 2x a year. Once before and again after summer. Each time the filter is cleaned it is a charge of $110. We will also conduct a detailed inspection and overall diagnostic of the equipment. Additional filter cleans may be performed under extreme weather conditions or unforeseen incidents.

  • Salt cell cleanings- will be an extra $55 each service. Typically, 3 times a year indicated by the salt system. Salt Bags- Current market price per bag at the time of adding.

  • Client will be billed on the 1st of each month for 4 weeks of service. We will prorate the weeks of service on the first invoice depending on which day the client has accepted for service to begin. Once the client has been prorated for the first month, it will not be prorated again. If a client receives five weeks of service in a month, we will not charge you extra, the extra week of service will be included in the months that we take time off. You will be billed for 48 weeks of service each year. The other 4 weeks are allocated for sick time, vacation, and training. You will be notified ahead of time when you will not be scheduled for service. No weeks will be scheduled off during the swim season (May to September) unless communicated beforehand with customers.

  • The following months are the months we estimate that we will take a week off, these months can change, but once we know the dates for sure we will email you:

    - March

    - October

    - November (Thanksgiving)

    - December (Christmas)

    Please understand that during this time we will be taking an entire week off. Our business phone number will be shut down. The only way you will be able to reach us is to our business email, we will try and respond ASAP to any email sent.
